Description

Pressing with total destemming, followed by cooling and decantation at 12ºC. The fermentation of the clean must took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness. This wine is aged only in stainless steel tanks and remains in the bottle for a minimum of 3 months before being released onto the market.

Lemon yellow color. Aroma with floral and citrus notes. In the mouth it is delicate, with a lively acidity and a refreshing finish.
