Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita . Pressed with total destemming, followed by skin maceration for 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. Fermentation began in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and finished in French oak barrels where it remained for 3 months, with bâtonnage. It is kept in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months before being released to the market.
Exam notes:
Pale yellow color with a greenish hue. Delicate aroma with notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus peel. On the palate it is creamy, with a beautiful acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Storage and serving tips:
Serve at a temperature of 12-13ºC.
