Description
Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and then completely destemmed in a granite press. During fermentation, the must was homogenized by foot treading, with temperature control using endogenous plates. This wine ages for at least 12 months in the bottle before going to market.
Test results:
Open ruby color. Subtle aroma with notes of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is elegant, with good acidity and very round tannins.
