This citrus-colored wine presents intense and well-defined aromas, with notes of stone fruit and fresh asparagus. On the palate, it surprises with its fruitiness, structure, and persistence.
Winemaking:
The noble Vital grapes were harvested in the cool of the morning, blended, and subjected to cold maceration for 24 hours before being pressed, always protected from oxidation. The juice was then clarified and fermented in French oak barrels.
