Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. After crushing, the whole grapes were decanted for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for around 12 weeks at controlled temperature.
Test results:
It has a straw yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose there are aromas of mint, apricot and orange blossom. Floral and mineral aromas. Fresh and structured in the mouth that leads to a balanced aftertaste.
