Description
Internship: 14 months in oak barrels.
Winemaking: Manual harvest and selection of the best grapes in the Syrah grape cellar. It was bottled without any filtration.
Tasting notes
Color: Clear and dense.
Aroma: Surprising wine, with fruity aromas, notes of black plum, cassis, dark chocolate and spices.
Palate: In the mouth it is smooth, elegant and very persistent.
