Descrição
Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second
fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. Maturation: At least 24 months in the bottle.
Aroma: Notes of citrus fruits, surrounded by nuances of biscuit and light toast.
Flavor: Smooth with a silky mousse, balanced and harmonious, finishing long and fresh.
