Description
A concentrated wine in shades of ruby and garnet. Aromas reminiscent of very ripe black fruit compote, with some spice and the balsamic touch emblematic of this grape variety. On the palate it is velvety and full-bodied, with very well-integrated tannins. Long, pleasant and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Origin of the vineyards in Fernando Pó, Palmela. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control and prolonged maceration. Aged for 8 months in half-barrels of French and American oak.
