Winemaking:
Manual harvest. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 21ºC and 25ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel with whole berries and 20% of the stems. 30-day maceration. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in 5000L French oak barrels.
Test results:
Ruby color with violet hues. Very aromatic, with herbaceous and balsamic notes. Rich and complex palate with very elegant acidity. Aromas of red fruits, spices and balsamic notes.
