Aroma: Complex of tropical fruits and orange blossom.
Palate: Very fresh and with good acidity. Mineral and harmonious.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days. AGEING: 4 months in 400L barrels
