Side Dishes: Carnes brancas, peixes temperados, bacalhau e frutos do mar.
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days. Internship: 3 months sur lies.
Test results:
Color: Citrine yellow.
Aroma: Intense aroma of tropical fruits, with notes of vanilla and light mineral.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh and balanced with a long and persistent finish.
