Description
Aroma of strong intensity, highlighting floral, vegetal and tropical fruit notes. On the palate it is fresh, ample and vibrant.
Winemaking:
Casta Gouveio grapes, carefully selected and hand-harvested from the best plots of the Favaios plateau. After pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours, the must is drained from the vat and the resulting must is selected for fermentation without any prior clarification. Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 20 days. Aged for 6 months with regular stirring of fine lees.
