Bright, citrine color with intense floral and fruity aromas, highlighting lychees, roses, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is quite elegant, fresh, and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It finishes in a balanced and persistent way.
Winemaking:
Some of the finest Muscatel grapes from the Favaios vineyards are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness from the grapes, a pre-fermentation maceration of 48 hours is carried out. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 15-18ºC. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, a 5-month aging period begins, during which contact with the fine lees is promoted, followed by filtration and bottling.
