Clear and deep ruby in color, it presents good complexity, highlighting floral aromas, ripe red fruits, and spices. An unctuous, structured wine with good acidity that gives it balance and harmony.
Winemaking:
Selection of red grapes from three traditional Douro varieties. Hand-harvested in the first weeks of October. Total destemming and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of around 25ºC. Minimum aging of 18 months in French oak barrels. Minimum aging in bottle for 10 months.
