Description
Citrine and pale in color. Fruity fragrance with soft notes of tropical fruits. Slightly acidic, but fresh on the palate. The finish is gently sweet.
Winemaking:
The summer passed without rain and with mild temperatures, perfect conditions for a high-quality harvest. After arrival, the grapes go directly to the pneumatic press where the first must is extracted and then fermented at 16ºC, giving rise to this fresh and elegant wine.
