Amber color. Notes of dried fruit, cinnamon, fig jam, and anise. Velvety tannins. Great volume on the palate balanced with very elegant acidity. Persistent and fresh finish.
Winemaking:
This orange wine, or skin-contact white wine, was created naturally, with minimal intervention and from organically grown grapes. After the stems were removed, the grapes were crushed into a tank where fermentation began spontaneously and where it remained for 12 days in skin contact, as if it were a red wine.
