Descrição
ORIGIN - Old vineyards and selected caste vineyards located at an average altitude of 500 meters, particular preference for high fixed acidity castes, such as the rabigate and or mixture of castes in old vineyards where low productions allow a great balance between acidity and aroma.
Vinification - Manual vintage. Fermentation with cold technology, in a reductive environment, with temperature controlled around 16ºC, using very soft processes of crushing and pressing under inert atmosphere to preserve all
aromatic potential of grapes.
INTERNSHIP - In stainless steel vats.
Proof note - Very fresh and mineral aroma, citrine and floral notes very typical of white Douro altitude wines. Fresh in the mouth, with medium end and fruity alive.
