ORIGIN - Old vines and vines with selected grape varieties located at an average altitude of 500 meters, with a particular preference for varieties with high fixed acidity, such as Rabigato, and/or a mixture of varieties in old vines where low yields allow for a great balance between acidity and aroma.
VINIFICATION - Hand-harvested. Fermentation using cold technology in a reductive environment, with the temperature controlled around 16ºC, employing very gentle crushing and pressing processes under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the...
aromatic potential of grapes.
STAGE - In stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES - Very fresh and mineral aroma, with citrus and floral notes very typical of high-altitude white wines from the Douro region. Fresh on the palate, with a medium finish and lively fruitiness.
