Descrição
A very fresh and mineral aroma, with citrus and floral notes very typical of high-altitude Douro white wines. Fresh on the palate, vibrant and fruity with a medium finish.
Winemaking:
Cold fermentation technology in a reducing environment, with controlled temperature around 16ºC. Very gentle crushing and pressing in an inert atmosphere to preserve the full aromatic potential of the grapes. We made a great effort to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations were carried out with great rigor to preserve the intrinsic quality of the wine. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
