Great aromatic purity, complex mineral character, exotic fruits, citrus fruits and white wildflowers, characteristic of the grape varieties from which it originates. On the palate, the aroma notes are felt in an intense and creamy combination, with volume and freshness, and a very long finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes from non-irrigated vineyards in the Douro Superior region, cultivated using organic production methods. The vineyards are planted exclusively with grape varieties perfectly adapted to the climate and soils of the region, allowing for sustainable viticulture with minimal intervention and in balance with the region's ecosystem. Harvesting is done manually into small perforated 15 kg boxes, whole bunches without destemming, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes. Great care is taken to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost precision, so as to interfere as little as possible with the intrinsic quality of the grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
