Description
A very complex aroma, with a balanced mineral character and subtle notes of tropical fruits, citrus fruits, and orange peel. Long on the palate, with volume, full body, and a very fresh acidity finish.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested, fermented in a reducing environment, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes in an inert atmosphere to preserve the full aromatic potential of the grapes. Great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, as they are responsible for the intrinsic quality of the future wine. All wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and remains there after a short racking on the fine lees with periodic stirring until the final blend is produced.
