Description

Complex, highly concentrated aroma, with black forest fruits, notes of licorice, spices, violets, bergamot, rockrose... balanced with very elegant notes of French oak. Long and enveloping, the finish reveals fruit, firm tannins, very ripe and soft, fresh and very elegant, with excellent bottle aging potential.

Winemaking:
Harvested entirely by hand in vats with an average capacity of 800kg. Destemming and crushing; maceration for 48 hours; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 15 days. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 2/3 new and 1/3 second wine.
