Description

Very elegant and refined, a modern style that fully preserves the soul of the Douro's native grape varieties. An aroma that harmoniously combines the great concentration of Douro reds in all their complexity. Berries, notes of rockrose, spices, exuberant violets and extremely fresh notes of basil and bergamot. The long aging in barrels has produced a wine of great aromatic elegance, where the aromas of the Douro are not masked by excessive oak notes. Very smooth and ripe tannins, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish.

Winemaking:
Reception with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 18 tons, with maceration at around 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels.
