Description

ORIGIN - Elaborated with grapes from selected vineyards and planted with the traditional castes of the Superior Douro, combining grapes originating at different altitudes, we seek to make a gastronomic wine, with elegance, freshness and complexity.

INTERNSHIP - 18 months in new and used French oak barrels. Reception with immediate disgust and crushing. 18 -ton -capacity stainless steel fermentation, with a enjoyment at about 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial mallastic fermentation in oak barrels.
