Tasting notes:

With a young citrus color, intense aroma of tropical fruits, typical of the Moscatel grape variety. In the mouth it is fresh and vigorous, with a long and persistent finish.

It is the ideal wine to drink without any commitments and worries, very versatile and goes well with various foods but we recommend seafood dishes, fish dishes, white meats and pasta.

Castello De Numão was designed for immediate consumption, although it has the potential to evolve well in the bottle for another year or two. We believe that its optimal consumption period is between 6 and 12 months after bottling.
