Pale pink in color, marked by aromas of violets and forest fruits, it presents intense aromatic sensations, resulting in a wine with an elegant, full-bodied, mineral and fresh finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes are chilled, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures, achieving a very slow fermentation process aimed at preserving the primary aromas of the varieties. The Castelão grape variety contributes aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and blackberry, while Cabernet Sauvignon contributes aromas of violets and forest fruits.
