Description

TASTING NOTE

This 2021 has a very dark color and a remarkable aromatic intensity, with hints of wild berries and spices. Well-polished in the mouth, it has a firm structure and good volume with well-integrated oak notes. It is a strong wine that combines freshness and purity of fruit that gives it a very long finish.

VINIFICATION: The varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel vats for a period of 8 days where they are subsequently subjected to malolactic fermentation.

AGEING: 100% aging in French oak barrels for 12 months, 10% in new wood, 10% in second year barrels and 80% in third year barrels.
