TASTING NOTES: This 2022 presents a very dark color and a remarkable aromatic intensity, with notes of wild berries and spices. Well-polished on the palate, it has a firm structure and good volume with well-integrated oak notes. It is a strong wine that combines freshness and purity of fruit, giving it a very long finish.
VINIFICATION : The varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for a period of 8 days, after which they undergo malolactic fermentation.
AGING: 100% aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, 10% in new wood, 10% in second-year barrels and 80% in third-year barrels.
