Description
A complex aroma combining citrus fruits, with a tropical touch and notes of sea breeze. On the palate it is unctuous, persistent, very fresh and saline.
Winemaking:
Selective manual harvesting in 25kg buckets, gentle pressing of the entire bunch, decantation after 12 hours of sedimentation. The must resulting from the total pressing of the grapes from a single plot was fermented with indigenous yeasts under temperature control and aged for 6 months on lees in a horizontal stainless steel tank.
