Our savoir-faire promotes the development of flavors and provides the ideal conditions for maturation. It is an 11 raw blend, with a predominance of 60% of Pinot Noir de Verzenay, Aÿ and Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ, and 40% of Chardonnay of Chouilly and Avize. Fermentation occurs entirely in oak barrels and the wine is aged, sealed with natural cork cork, for more than twice the time required by the denomination.
