THE Bollinger House It is a real legend, it is one of the biggest names of Champagne, founded in 1829. It is the official champagne brand of James Bond movies and the official supplier of the British court by order of Queen Victoria. Since then this has been the drink of the main festivities of the English monarchy, including the marriage of Charles and Diana in 1981, for example.
The color of Bollinger Rosé combines the rich bronze reflexes of the Cuveé Special and the intense depth of the red wine. This wine reveals in the nose all the full expression of the Special Cuvée. Bollinger is all there: presence and modesty, power and delicacy. An impertinent flavor dances in the mouth, but this living and cheerful fruit stretch is always contained by the precise structure of wine.
There is a salty, dyed from sea mineral to increase the complexity of flavors to black cherry, plum, pastry, graffiti and almond cream. A vibrant rosé, which offers mouth -watering acidity and finely detailed texture.
