Champagne Dom Perignon Vintage 2015
Descrição

A late colheita
The 2015 wine-growing year finally returned to the glorious past of late colheita years.
After a cold and wet winter and a very cool and particularly rainy spring, the vine began its growth about fifteen days later than the decade's average, a delay that it maintained until colheita .
A hot, dry summer, with the highest number of sunshine hours ever recorded in the Champagne region, was especially beneficial for the quality of the grapes.
The rains of early September quickly gave way to an easterly wind, which helped preserve healthy grapes until colheita . The harvest for Dom Pérignon began on September 28th. Tasting this vintage champagne reveals a promising balance between acidity and roundness.

Elegance and delicacy
The creation of the 2013 vintage reflects the interplay of resonances between Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, acidity and roundness. Its bouquet, precise, elegant and tactile, unfolds a delicate aromatic flavor, structured in three nuances: citrus, a more vegetal facet and, finally, spices. This precision reveals an elegance in which the wine, after a light and airy attack, amplifies.

Nose and Taste
Balance between acidity and roundness
The nose is delicate and reveals itself through colorful touches:

The green of eucalyptus, mint, and vetiver.

The orange-yellow of mirabelle, apricot, and orange blossom.

The brown color of pepper, cardamom, and licorice stick.

The silvery hue of iodine and toasted notes.

The taste is elegant, simple, and precise.
The wine's structure, fine and silky, expands. The salty sensation prevails, revealing a profound coherence.
