Conceived in 1987 by Bernard de Nonancourt, the founder of Laurent-Perrier, for the wedding of his eldest daughter Alexandra, this champagne comes from a rigorous selection of the best plots, an exceptional marriage between the Grands Crus of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay . After more than ten years in the cellar, this champagne reveals elegance and delicacy with great minerality. A soft and dry texture leads to a persistent finish, with the presence of red fruits.
