Craised from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines especially Selected to increase its maturity, complexity and constancy, the Assembly reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three varietal grapes, the Pinot Noir body (30-40%), the flexibility of Pinot Meanier (30-40%) and Chardonnay Finesse Finesse (20-30%).
