Produced only in limited quantities, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2008 from Maison Pol Roger is a concentrate of sensuality and delicacy in an extraordinary vintage.
The initial nose presents delicate aromas of raspberry, currant, and almond. On the palate, the harmonious blend of red fruit notes lingers, offering an excellent balance of freshness supported by some citrus notes, as well as a rich structure.
This cuvée ages for 7 years in the cellars before being released to the market. The Brut Rosé Vintage 2008 is the ideal choice to accompany fish such as grilled salmon. It also pairs perfectly with fruit tarts and other fruit desserts.
