Descrição

Chardonnay is the very soul of Ruinart. The grape, harvested mainly in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, is at the heart of all champagnes.

Winemaking of Champagne Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut: hand-harvested. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Complete malolactic fermentation. Composition: The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (20 to 25% of which are reserve wines from the previous 2 years).

Aroma

Active effervescence and persistent release. A second, very fine and floral aroma, with notes of white flowers and white fruits (white peach, pineapple).

Flavor

A first taste on the palate that is soft, harmonious, and very well-rounded. A vinosity that is not excessive, supported by its excellent freshness.

Color

Pale golden yellow with soft green highlights.
