Champagne Ruinart Blanc des Blancs

A firm rosé, its texture is elegant and ray minerality with flavors to wild strawberry, white cherry, grilled plum and graphite. Suggestions of spices and Fleur de Sel in finishing.

Blend: Mix built on a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir base, mostly classified as raw premiers, with 20 to 25% from reserved wines from the previous 2 years. 45% of Chardonnay comes from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards, 55% of Pinot Noir comes from Reims and Vallée de la Marne, 18 to 19% of which were made in red wine. Vinification: Manual grape selection. Fermentation in stainless steel fermentors regulated by temperature. For red wine, short maceration and light extraction. Full Malolactic fermentation.
