Description

Chardonnay is Ruinart's own soul. The grape, harvested mainly on the terroirs Côte des Blancs and Montagne of Reims, is in the hearts of all champagne.

Black Blanc Blanc Bruct Champagne Vinification: Handmade Harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regulated temperature. Full Malolactic fermentation. Composition: The mixture is 100% Chardonnay of several years (20 to 25% of which are reserve wines of the previous 2 years).

Aroma

Active effervescence and persistent liberation. A second very thin and floral aroma, with notes of white flowers and white fruits (white peach, pineapple).

Flavor

A first soft, harmonious, very rounded mouth flavor. A vinosity that is not excessive, supported by its excellent freshness.

Golden pale yellow with soft green reflexes
