The Chardonnay grape used to make this wine is harvested in Chablis in the North Zone of the Burgundy region. The "Premier Cru Montmains" is located south of Chablis commune and is one of the most famous raw premiers. Two very well located plots were chosen for this lot.
Soils are limestone that offer the minerality and freshness necessary to beautify the fragrances of grapefruit, green apple and iodine that so well combine with pates, shellfish, poultry, vieiras, nailed and goat cheeses.
