Description
It displays very beautiful fruit in the aroma, quince, fragrant peach, where a slight hint of evolution lends complexity. Good volume on the palate, with the fruit always present (some pineapple), fine acidity balancing the whole.
Light cold skin contact, pressing and partial draining. Fermentation at 15-16º. Part of the batch is aged in French and American oak barrels (with light toasting) for about 12 months.
Citrus tones. Aroma with ripe tropical notes. Fruity, consistent, balanced flavor with good acidity.
