Description
This wine has a brilliant appearance, with a very intense red color and purple reflections. Aromatically elegant, the notes of very ripe red fruits, plum, blackberry, and cherry are immediately evident, combined with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa, and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a well-structured body with good volume and firm tannins. The wine is highly refined and persistent, excellent for drinking now, but will evolve very well in the bottle.
Winemaking:
The wine fermented at a controlled temperature of up to 28ºC for 8 days, followed by post-fermentation maceration. It aged in French Allier oak for 12 months before bottling.
