Description

Serrano Black Sausage is, in itself, one of Portugal's gastronomic gems, with its characteristic texture and flavor. Serrano Black Sausage is the taste of the Serra da Estrela region, steeped in tradition.

Pork fat (76%), pork blood, wine (contains sulfites), onion (1.9%), salt, spices, garlic, vegetable protein (pea), emulsifier (E451), antioxidants (E331, E301, E300), preservative (E250). Stuffed in natural beef intestine. Smoked with holm oak wood.
