Description
The traditional Serrano Black Sausage is a smoked sausage cooked over wood, following tradition. Black Iberian pork sausages are very genuine and of high quality; their unique flavor sets them apart from other traditional sausages.
Pork fat (76%) (origin: Portugal), pork blood, dehydrated onion (5.6%) (origin: non-EU), wine (contains sulfites), salt, spices, granulated garlic, vegetable protein (pea), emulsifier (E451), antioxidants (E300, E301, E331), preservative (E250, E252). Stuffed in natural beef casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
