Description
Citrine in color, with a very interesting aroma that has notes but with a very positive evolution, it's a full-bodied white wine with slight notes of resin and honey, all classic yet original. The slight oxidation felt on the palate won't prevent a good meal.
Winemaking:
The vineyards of Colares, cultivated in sandy soil, were saved while phylloxera destroyed vineyards throughout the country. António Bernardino da Silva is one of the oldest producers in the region and has resisted the urban pressure that encroaches on farmland. Striving to maintain the unique character of his wine, this producer is a bastion of one of the world's most prized nectars.
