Harvest: Mechanical and nocturnal

Tasting notes: This wine presents tropical aromas, associated with the freshness of green tea. On the palate, it stands out for its elegance, with smooth tannins from the Hungarian oak.

Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and sent to vinimatics tanks, where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. They are then pressed and sent to a cold storage chamber, where they ferment between 10º and 12ºC. The alcoholic fermentation of Antão Vaz takes place in new Hungarian oak barrels for about 1 month, followed by 9 months of aging with battonage. Subsequently, it is blended with Arinto.
