Description
Homage to the first Count of Ervideira, from whom we inherited the love for the land and dedication to the vineyards. Harvest: Mechanical and nocturnal.
Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and sent to “vinimatics”, where they remain for 6 to 10 hours, at a temperature of 12ºC. They are then pressed and sent to the cold chamber, where they ferment at a temperature between 13º and 15ºC. Aging: 6 months in new Hungarian oak barrels.
It presents aromas of tropical fruits, spices and vanilla. It is velvety and unctuous, with balanced acidity and smooth, silky tannins.
