Deep straw color. Aroma with hints of white-fleshed fruit jam and exotic fruits. Intense notes of oats, vanilla, toasted cereals, and soft caramel. On the palate, it is complex with an extraordinary body, unctuous, and with a long finish.
Winemaking:
50% of the batch fermented in new, lightly toasted French oak barrels, the remainder in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle.
