Deep grenade color. In the nose reveals minerality and aromas of plums, blackberries and spices. In the mouth it is soft, with robust tannins of great elegance. Red fruits merge with structure and freshness in a combination of great elegance. Ends with persistent notes of black fruits.
Vinification:
The grapes are deceived and gently crushed soon after arrival at the cellar. The fermentation takes place the controlled temperature (25º C) with prolonged maceration in French oak Balseiros. 12 -month internship in new barrels and second year of French oak.
