Citrus color. It has aromas of tropical fruits, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is velvety and unctuous, possessing a balanced acidity and soft, silky tannins.
Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and sent to vinimatics tanks, where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. They are then pressed and sent to a cold storage chamber, where they ferment at a temperature between 13 and 15ºC. The must is then aged in new Hungarian oak barrels (Tokaji), followed by a 6-month period of bâtonnage. After aging in barrels, it was bottled and submerged in the calm waters of the large Alqueva lake, next to the Amieira Marina bay, where it aged at a depth of up to 30m, in truly unique and excellent conditions, for 8 months.
