Description
Built after the Christian reconquest of Silves and situated on one of the most beautiful estates in the region, the "Convent of Our Lady of Paradise" preserves its imposing aspect overlooking the historic city of Silves. Produced from vines planted here during the year 2000 along the slopes of the Arade River.
Tasting notes: Light salmon color, exuberant aroma of red fruits and hints of violet. On the palate, it reveals itself as a very refined, fruity rosé with balanced acidity and good gastronomic aptitude.
Winemaking: Hand Colheita in the early hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation followed by 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks in the presence of fine lees.
