Ventozelo Dry Gin 100cl

Gin Wind is a true trip to the nature of Quinta de Ventozelo. It is the result of a research project with the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences and the partnership with Cantinho das Aroticos, which helped us recognize the incredible aromas of the farm and store them in each bottle. The final botanical mixture was macerated in wine alcohol, obtained by distillation of wines from Quinta de Ventozelo. Botany: juniper, lemão thyme, cute-light thyme, lavender, perpetual purple, coriander, peppermint. To the characteristic aromas of the forest, the garden and the orchard, is added the wine aroma of the wine brandy that makes up this gin, which runs all the race, giving softness and persistence. A great marriage of fresh and citrus notes of lemon peel, mint, coriander leaves and lemon thyme, with wood aromas, juniper, lavender, beautiful thyme and perpetual purple.
