Available at the end of 2026
This wine was produced exclusively from the Touriga Nacional grape variety. The grapes were rigorously selected to ensure they were at their optimal stage of ripeness. They were fermented without stems, at controlled temperatures, with regular delestage and subsequent maceration of the skins, which enhanced the fruity characteristics of this grape variety and provided tannic structure and balance.
The wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels until bottling, with filtration and no fining, in July 2016.
